Send you service or support messages, updates, security alerts, and account notifications.
If you provide work history information, including prior supervisor’s name and email contact information, we will contact those references and verify your work history as provided by you and to update your account profile.
The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Application and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:
Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Application according to your individual interests.
Recognize you when you use the Application.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protection your personal information. These measures include computer safeguards and security files and facilities. We take reasonable steps to security destroy or permanent delete personal information when no longer needed. We will keep your personal information only as long as we must to deliver the services, unless we are required by law or regulation or for litigation and regulatory investigations to keep it.
