  • From prior and current supervisors related to your work history and work performance.
  • Automatically when you use the Application.

  • Related to your work history and employment status.
  • Related to your health, such as a notice to your supervisor that you are “Feeling sick today.”

  • You provide by filling in forms in the Application at the time of registering to use the Application.
  • You provide such as feedback or “report a problem” with the Application, including any screenshots you provide to us.
  • You provide regarding work-related notices and resignation related to your current employment.
Automatic Information Collection

When you download, register your account, access, and use the Application, it may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Stored Information and Files. The Application also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs that you upload onto the Application.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the Application.  You may opt out of collection of such information at any time by deleting the Application.

Information Collection and Tracking Technologies

The Application does not track its users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.

The Company does not sell personal information collected by the Application to third-parties.

When you use the Application or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties include:

  • Apple and Google Android, who may collect usage details, device information, and location information. They may also collect anonymous analytics data once the Application is launched on their respective App Stores. They may collect data such as impressions, downloads, sessions per device, and crashes.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

  • Provide you with the Application and its contents, including the Gage Score, Touchpoints and Nudges, and Evaluations
  • To notify your supervisor that you will be out on a sick day, that you cannot make your shift, or to submit your two-week notice of resignation.
  • Operate, protect, improve, and optimize the Application and experience, such as by performing analytics.
  • Send you service or support messages, updates, security alerts, and account notifications.
  • If you provide work history information, including prior supervisor’s name and email contact information, we will contact those references and verify your work history as provided by you and to update your account profile.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Application and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Application according to your individual interests.
  • Recognize you when you use the Application.
Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business  and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Company about our Application users is among the assets transferred.
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you provide two weeks notice of resignation on the Application, we will transmit the contents of that notice and your email address to your supervisor.

  • To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Application End User License Agreement.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.

If at any time you no longer wish to use the Application you may delete it on your iPhone or Android phone.

These measures include computer safeguards and security files and facilities.  We take reasonable steps to security destroy or permanent delete personal information when no longer needed. We will keep your personal information only as long as we must to deliver the services, unless we are required by law or regulation or for litigation and regulatory investigations to keep it.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to our Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure.
