Justin Henshaw is an ex-Marine and successful business owner in St. Simons, Georgia. He owns several businesses and restaurants.
He noticed firsthand that many companies weren't adequately recognizing their employees. Seeing the need for a system that truly appreciates employee efforts, he set out to address this issue.
Determined to fix this, Justin spent months sketching out ideas and bouncing ideas off friends and colleagues. Driven by a clear vision, he was committed to turning his idea into reality.
